Last week we announced our New Leaf Pledge for Party Renewal. The pledge followed our recently released A Path Forward: Our Vision for the Ontario Liberal Party . We're excited to announce the first three signatories of our pledge:
Stephanie Bowman
Stephanie was the first candidate to sign the pledge.
"There are great ideas across our party, and reform should be a conversation that brings those voices together. We will not agree on every idea, but it is the job of a leader to listen to diverse voices, find common ground, and work together on a plan that will give our local organizations the support they need to win.
We all share the same goal: building a stronger Ontario Liberal Party and a better Ontario. We need to build our future the same way we want to build our Province — together.
If elected leader, I will make sure we leverage the skills and talents of our members, to make sure there are meaningful opportunities in every part of Ontario for them to be involved, and to use their voice to shape the future of our party."

Eric Lombardi
Eric was the second candidate to sign the pledge.
"The Ontario Liberal Party needs to become a more open, ambitious and confident organization, willing to take risks, test ideas in public and give members the time and opportunity to genuinely contribute.
We should use the talent of our volunteers better, empower ridings, invest in technological and operational excellence, and get much better at identifying and communicating the messages that can build a Liberal coalition across every part of Ontario.
I admire the work New Leaf Liberals have put into pushing for a generational renewal of our party and that's why I'm thrilled to sign the pledge."

Lee Fairclough
Lee was the third candidate to sign the pledge.
"I believe the voice of every Ontario Liberal matters and that supporting every Ontario Liberal makes us stronger. Openness, transparency, and local empowerment to connect with communities: that is what it will take to bring change to Ontario."
